Decent place in not so great surroundings

Clean spacious room with nice shower. Located on a very busy street which is difficult to cross. Value for money. Good for one night.

Poor soundproofing from the main road which is super busy. Smell of cooking from the room next door. No bar. The area felt very sketchy. Friendly staff.

Simpli home away from home

The security of this hotel is top-notch and you will feel safe. The rooms at this facility will differ but there are all outstanding with everything you would ever need to cook or enjoy your meals. The gym at this facility is top-notch and you will not find a better workout facility

The male staff at this property are all outstanding and professional however the female checking staff differs greatly from professional and helpful to what do you want I don't want to be here which was extremely surprising to me

Property was Very Clean!

The people at the front desk lacks training, they put you on hold for a long time, promises to give you a call back but never does. So disappointing and very unprofessional. The hotel was very noisy because of the kids running around and shouting. The hotel staff don’t even bother to tell the noisy and unruly guests that there are other guests in the hotel on a holiday wanting to rest and relax.

Super clean, big room. With kitchenette! Facilities (fitness, pool) are awesome. Professional staff.

We wanted to book this place a second time after staying there once for a really good price, but seems like we got lucky that one time (last minute promotion or something). Couldn't get it for the same affordable price afterwards.

Location is key, my lay over was short and I need a place close to shops and restaurants and to the airport..this place was perfect for me..the apartment type amenities were a plus if you want to cook or do laundry. There is a cafe in the building as well as a gym and swimming pool

Outstanding place for the price with Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and cooking equipment's.

Everything from mini Kitchen with utensils and cooking items along with good size friedge for leftover. 90 pesos for gallon of jug water in the water cooler with cold and hot water. The staffs are very courteous and promptly fixed the ac issues. Next time my visit to this area will definently stay to this place again. Oh it has a pool and hot tub that cool you off on the cebu summer heat.

Not a stopper with electric stove didn't know how to turn it on, no instructions. But we managed to use the microwave and coffee pot. Safe for valuables has no instructions but the staff showed us how to do it promptly and able to use.
